Although my skin is very pale, I’m pretty sure these shades would look great on a range of skin tones too!įor me, the Lime Crime Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipsticks only have two downsides.įirstly, if you are not careful they will get on your teeth! So just remember to take a little extra care applying, and especially re-applying, the product to your lips.Īnd secondly, these lipstick lips will transfer and rub pretty easily. I absolutely love the colours and the way they look on my skin tone. Lime Crime Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipstick in the shade ‘bud’. Lime Crime Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipstick in the shade ‘fern’. They feel very hydrating, and stay slightly wet and glossy for a long time.

The liquid lipsticks apply super smoothly on the lips! Just one dip into the product is enough to cover my whole lips, and the product can be layered easily too, to create a bolder colour. They come across as a sort of mid-point between a gloss and a lip stick, with ‘fern’ being more orange-toned and ‘bud’ being more chocolatey red toned. Here are how Lime Crime’s Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipsticks, in the shades ‘fern’ (left) and ‘bud’ (right) look swatched on my skin. The product does smell of a hemp-y smell, but it’s not overpowering at all. The lipsticks’ applicators are fairly flat and smooth, and just from opening the product you can tell that the formula is also smooth and hydrating. The tubes are sleek with the same green colour at the end. The Lime Crime Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipsticks come in cute green packaging, a nice change from Lime Crime’s usual pink and pastel branding.
#COLOURPOP LIMBO PALE SKIN PLUS#
So the fact that the Lime Crime Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipsticks are meant to be super hydrating and soft was a big plus point for me, and I bought two liquid lipsticks, in the shades ‘fern’ (medium warm brown) and ‘bud’ (medium terracotta brown). Although I love the colour, it can sometimes be pretty dry and even flaky, so I don’t wear it as often as I’d like. I already have one brown liquid lipstick, Colourpop’s Ultra Matte Lip in the shade ‘limbo’.
#COLOURPOP LIMBO PALE SKIN FREE#
However, I do love the fact that they are all cruelty free and vegan! Lime Crime’s Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipsticks come in a range of real nude shades with a “buttery, high-drating formula infused with top-shelf cannabis sativa seed oil.” They’re really playing on the face that these lippies contain cannabis sativa seed oil, which to be really honest I don’t actually have much of an opinion on. Maybe it’s because they’re slightly (but not too) edgy, maybe because they have a sort of autumnal nature-y feel, maybe because they usually suit a range of skin tones.Įither way, when I saw Lime Crime’s Lip Blaze Cream Liquid Lipsticks on their website, I had to try them! I don’t know exactly why, but I love brown lipsticks!
